日本語版ASQ-3とは

ASQは、米国オレゴン大学によって開発された発達スクリーニングツールであり、その第3版であるASQ-3は、Squires J、Bricker Dらによって2009年に出版されています。月齢1か月から66か月の乳幼児の発達状況を、5領域(コミュニケーション、粗大運動、微細運動、問題解決、個人・社会)に関して、両親か主な養育者が記入して発達の遅れをスクリーニングすることができる発達評価ツールです。

日本語版ASQ-3(J-ASQ-3)は,環境省の実施する「子どもの健康と環境に関する全国調査(エコチル調査)」のパイロット調査(エコチル調査パイロット調査)に参加いただいた約400人のお子さんのデータより、0~5歳の10種類のJ-ASQ-3 質問紙の結果をまとめ、日本における基準値を設定しました。

また、その結果を用い、国立成育医療研究センターと東京・世田谷のクリニックに受診されたお子さんにご協力いただき、発達遅滞のお子さんをスクリーニングするために一定の信頼がおける質問紙であることを検証しました(詳細はこちら)。

最終的には、全国10 万人のお子さんとその親が参加しているエコチル調査の結果を検討し、より信頼性の高い基準に改善がなされる予定です。(研究目的の使用はこちら
